Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Northlane's website northlanesolutions.pro and application at app.northlanesolutions.pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Northlane is a marketing analytics dashboard that connects to your third-party accounts (Meta Ads, Instagram, Shopify, Google Analytics, TikTok) to aggregate and display your advertising, content, audience and sales data, and to provide AI-assisted recommendations. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account information and keeping credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including invited members.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

• The current plan is Northlane Growth: a one-time setup fee of $89.99 USD plus $9.99 USD per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails, your subscription may become past due and, after a grace period, be suspended. Suspended workspaces keep their data but lose dashboard access until reactivated.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including the setup fee and partial months.
• Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

4. Third-party connections

The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs and your authorization. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for having the rights to connect the relevant accounts. Northlane is not responsible for third-party services or changes to their APIs. You may disconnect any integration at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or against a platform's terms; (b) access data or workspaces that are not yours; (c) reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service; (d) resell it except through the workspace/team features; or (e) upload malicious code.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your data and the data pulled from your connected accounts, and grant Northlane a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its software, design and content (excluding your data) are owned by Northlane. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. AI recommendations

AI-generated insights are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, financial or legal advice; you are responsible for your decisions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party data will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northlane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Northlane in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Northlane harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a harmful way. After termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period; you may request an export or deletion beforehand.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northlane operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
