This Privacy Policy explains how Northlane ("Northlane", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website northlanesolutions.pro and our application at app.northlanesolutions.pro (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Northlane provides a marketing analytics dashboard that brings a business's advertising, content, audience and sales data into one place. Contact us at privacy@northlanesolutions.pro.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Business information — business name, website, industry, country, time zone and currency you provide during onboarding.
• Connected platform data — when you connect an account we access data via its official API and your authorization: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad and account insights, follower and content metrics; Google Analytics 4 sessions, users, page views, conversions and revenue; Shopify orders and products (read-only); and TikTok advertising/content metrics where connected.
• Access tokens — authorization tokens from connected platforms, stored encrypted. We never see or store your platform passwords.
• Billing information — subscription status and the PayPal email used for payment. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store full card or PayPal credentials.
• Usage & device data — basic logs and cookies needed to operate the Service and keep you signed in.

How we use information

• To sync, aggregate and display your connected data in your dashboard.
• To generate AI-assisted recommendations from your own metrics.
• To manage your workspace, team members and subscription.
• To send transactional emails (invitations, activation, billing, reconnection).
• To secure, maintain and improve the Service.

Platform data use & compliance

Data obtained from Meta, Google, Shopify and TikTok is used only to provide analytics back to you, the account owner. We do not sell platform data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except as needed to operate the Service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of Meta Platform data adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Service providers

We share data with trusted providers only to run the Service: Supabase (database & authentication), Hostinger (hosting), OpenAI (AI recommendations — sent aggregated, without credentials), PayPal (payments) and Resend (email). Each processes data on our behalf.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information or your connected platform data, and we do not show third-party advertising inside the Service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you authenticated and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

We retain data while your account is active. If your subscription is cancelled we preserve your history so you can reactivate; you may request deletion anytime. Access tokens are removed when you disconnect an account.

Security

Connections use secure OAuth, access tokens are encrypted at rest, secrets stay server-side, and workspace data is isolated by row-level security so each customer sees only their own workspace.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA) you may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent by disconnecting a platform. Email privacy@northlanesolutions.pro. You can also revoke Northlane's access from within Meta, Google, Shopify or TikTok at any time.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
